I specialise in gut health and stress management, as these two areas are often at the core of many modern health struggles and things I have personally experienced and overcome. Whether you’re dealing with bloating, fatigue, anxiety, or just not feeling your best, we work together to find the root cause and create a plan that actually feels good to follow.
Food is a powerful tool for healing, but it doesn’t need to be complicated. I help you understand what your body needs and how to fuel it with confidence - moving away from confusion, diet culture, and restriction. I also offer guidance on gentle detox support, helping you reduce your exposure to toxins and support your body’s natural ability to cleanse and repair.
